Art of Living in Banstead High Street have two amazing courses coming up in May... Advanced Sourdough bread class on Sunday May 11th, 10-12am. I will teach you what sourdough is, give you some of my own sourdough starter, show you how to deal with sourdough, and there will be different loaves for tasting. I would expect people who come to this class to know how to make bread already. Cost £45 Knife skills, the next class is on Tuesday May 15th, 6.30-8pm. A roast chicken will be provided for you to try your skills and this will be available for you to take home and eat.
