Article 260,defines youths as individuals btwn 18 and 35 years of age.YOUTHS according to pyramid curve,have a higher population and are highly dependended on by the society.Article 55,constitution 2010,guarantees the rights of youths.They are entittle to opportunities to associate,to be represented,and to participate in political,social and economic spheres.Endorsement of African Youth charter(2006) is a key to empower youths in africa.so what can empower youths in kenya is also the same endorsement.Kenya govt should establish kenya youths alliance to reinforce efforts to meaningful participation in devpt agenda.if and if,this would be set up,am sure youths would be empowered most and that the economy improve.In the same,counties should embrace this,and effective leadershp be placed so as management to go smoothly. We must know that youths are considered the gears of economy in kenya and subsaharan africa.
