Under Article 370 of the Constitution, Jammu and Kashmir enjoy special status among the states in the country. The minister stated that the Army has given a befitting reply to the Pakistanis whenever the situation has arisen. The Kashmir Valley recorded 71 per cent polling in the first phase of elections. The winds of change have begun in the state, Prasad told Managing Editor, TV Today Network, Rahul Kanwal in Aaj Taks Seedhi Baat. On the issue of black money, Prasad said the Narendra Modi government had, in its first Cabinet meeting, decided to constitute a SIT to bring back the wealth stashed abroad. For three years, Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi failed to even form a SIT. PM Modi spoke about black money at G-20 meeting and brought the issue to a global stage. We have already submitted the names of people who have stashed money abroad. As many as 250 people and entities have admitted to having accounts abroad. The names have been withheld as further probe is on...., the minister said to compare the Modi governments achievement in the last six months. #ysrysf
