Artists- is there a fixative or method that you would recommend for preserving fine delicate graphite drawings on fine cotton based paper (to be exact Im using riata cachet by daler-rowney) -- I dont want to lose the detail and variants of shading and even if Im quite careful they still get slightly softened/smudged - Id like to know whats best for preserving graphite? Without making it all run together either as some fixatives make it too wet :/
