#ArtofHandstand Day 12 Time is passing so fast! We are on the last day of our challenge! It was so much fun! I hope you all enjoyed it We will continue soon! ArtofHandstand Part II is not so far! Just keep practicing those exercises so We will rock it! Today we are going into the bridge! We practiced coming back from hollowbacks and we practiced going into the hollowbacks aswell. Today we will just go into the hollowback then we will go into the bridge when we loose our balance. Bend your knees go into the hollowback; push your shoulders in, arch your back and tighten your core, spine and hips and tighten your legs also, feel the balance between your feet and your shoulders (like we practiced in Mexico pose training). Try to hold yourself as long as you can. Then when you feel you are loosing your balance, chin to your chest and fall into the bridge. Repeat this exercise 12-15 times!
