As A Comic, In All Seriousness Dept.: I was so busy yesterday trying to translate The Human Experience into something a government office worker who thinks-theyve-heard-everything could understand to get them to do something other than say No., that I lost track of the fact that it was an anniversary for me of trying to regain control of my life. So far, the best I could get was a Well see..., with all that implies. The worst year of my life is a year old now, and although its not really showing many signs of stopping, at least the kind of self-work required to change at least 10 years of inertia is in process. Those of you, like me, with a Fine Arts degree know that process is nothing like product, and is ultimately more important than whatever results, but at least Im moving glacially forward a little. This has not been easy in any way, but thanks for your support folks, it has made a big difference.
