As Africans we need to critically apply our minds and energy on making Africa a better place to leave for all who are in it.The problems we have is that we are divided culturally and philosophically.The dynamics that are in AFRICA TODAY looking at current geographical and zonal grouping puts us in a very trick situation.In the Southern part we have some who are advocating for eliminating of the West dominance by driving all the whites out of Africa.This makes me feel that we want to academically answer a number of questions today 1) Who is an African today? Is an African defined by the colour of the skin?If we are going to drive the whites out what will happen to constitutional democracy?What will happen to the rule of law both domestically and internationally.The economic wll also be affected .So with the idea of United States of Africa in mind, what should we do to have unit of purpose, throughout the Continent.Currently Mugabe and few other African Leaders are saying to hell with the west while others are saying Africa cant do without the west .What are our chances without the West .Maybe for us to have a proper African agenda these are some of the few questions that we need to answer,politically,economically, socially and academically for us to get informed decisions for AFRICA OUR MOTHER CONTINENT.
