As Andrea James mentioned, 12 years ago she and I invested in a camera and a DVD burner, spent some long nights writing out a script and hung a white bedsheet on the wall behind her couch in Chicago to make our first video as Deep Stealth Productions, Inc. Finding Your Female Voice was not a stunning technical achievement, but it has gone on to sell a truly surprising number of copies all over the world, helping trans women to develop the female voice they desired and helping us to fund more resources for the community alongside a modest lifestyle in Los Angeles.
