As Gervasi employees, we dont often get to enjoy the special events that we host here at Gervasi because we work at them. Last night was a special exception for some of us! We had the privilege of enjoying our first Vintner (Winemaker) dinner, led by Gervasi Winemaker Andrew (Andy) Codispoti. The amazing 5 course menu was created by Chef Risner and beautifully executed by Banquet Chefs Ryan Bowen and Katie Stenger. Andy paired each course with a Gervasi wine and led us through a wonderful talk about why each wine completed each dish. Having the Winemakers perspective on each wine and each course really made for an enjoyable and educational evening! Thank you Andy, Ryan, Katie, Abraham and Nick for such a great evening!
