As I approach my 80th year on this plant I have much to look forward to. A grandson getting married this month, the birth of our 20th grandchild and my oldest son turning 60 and a family reunion this summer. Looking back on 2014 it is filled with much sadness at the passing of Joes 94 year old mother , his cousin and several of my longtime friends: but that old time hymn from my childhood races through my mind COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS and you know what that is the way to go in 2015.Several of the outstanding blessings in 2014 were the Birth of Bode Ford Waldo our 5th great grandchild and the wedding of my grandson Josh Snelling to Sarah. The on going healing of Rev John Forrest Douglas and Joes son Geoffry as he awaits a bone marrow transplant.
