As I enter the ripe old age of 24 this week, I look back at the hell of year that just past. Destroying vegetation in Venue 13. The broken bones. The couch surfing. Sitting on floors of new, unfurnished apartments. The drinking, the smoking, the dancing, the singing, the fleeting work. The Andy Dick incident. The talking late into the night, asking questions, analyzing, talking art and love. The Dylan through national parks. The princess costumes and car changing rooms. The sunsets and whisky over the Grand Canyon. The little peanuts showing me what to look forward to. Our guardian angel, Jojo. Thank you, 23. And more importantly, thank you to all the beloved people that have been in it. There are many songs on the years playlist, but this one seems to be the title track. 24, show me what you got.
