As I get to talk to the younger generation of miners, I notice that they dont have the drive to work like I did when I was that age. Seem many lack the idea of ownership and have the attitude of I am just here for a check instead of taking care of equipment so that continues to make that paycheck. Has the work ethic of the youth changed or am I just wrong? When I was in the navy, the submarine I lived in was my home and if didnt take care of her, I might not make it home.
