As I joined family and relatives to celebrate the Easter,it also became an opportunity to sit in the council of elders to resolve disputes.One of such occasion was the settlement of a confusion or the breaking up of marriage.The family of the man was virtual up in arms against both their son and even their in law(wife).What might have cause this,....over possessiveness of the wife,not making room for the family of husband to even get close; resulting in the man cutting the links between his own maternal or blood relationships---as was alleged by the family members hence their son was summoned before council of elders after several attempt failed to yield results.I think from a wise council of the gentlemans friend he turned up this time around. Some quotation from the guys mother.... I sold snails ,apatre(tilapia fish) and peas to make sure Nyamekye goes to school,and this how he and the wife will pay me back.Hmm,issues relating to marriage,wife family and the continuety of rich family ties.Folks this raised a lot of mind bordering questions because as a young man yet to marry must my family and I be harried before such a gathering.Lord even as i accept that sometimes our families also behave in an unreasonable manner in their demands even though they might have genuine case,i pray that you will provide for me a wife who notwithstanding her upbringing either culturally or societal set up will appreciate that we (she and i) comes from a linage and is not out of place that God place us in this distinct families,hence she will encourage and assist me
