As I leave the grocery store I find a wallet in the parking lot. I pick it up. I wait in the car for a minute to see if anyone comes around looking. Sure enough an elderly gentleman in an army veteran hat and t shirt is looking frantically. I approach him and confirm he matches the ID. He was extremely grateful and expressed how he was thankful that there are still good people around. I thanked him for his service and said have a nice day. Karma. Do the right thing. :) Pay it forward. It could have been me.
