As I prayed for you this morning, these verses came to mind: Proverbs 3:5-6 (AMP) "Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths." Psalm 27:13-14 (AMP) "What, what would have become of me had I not believed that I would see the Lord's goodness in the land of the living! Wait and hope for and expect the Lord; be brave and of good courage and let your heart be stout and enduring. Yes, wait for and hope for and expect the Lord." James 1:5 (AMP) "If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God Who gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him." Matthew 7:11 (AMP) "If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father Who is in heaven (perfect as He is) give good and advantageous things to those who keep on asking Him!" Philippians 1:6 (AMP) "And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ, right up to the time of His return, developing that good work and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you." 2 Corinthians 1:9-11 (AMP) "Indeed, we felt within ourselves that we had received the very sentence of death, but that was to keep us from trusting in and depending on ourselves instead of on God Who raises the dead. For it is He Who rescued and saved us from such a perilous death, and He will still rescue and save us; in and on Him we have set our hope (our joyful and confident expectation) that He will again deliver us from danger and destruction and draw us to Himself, While you also cooperate by your prayers for us, helping and laboring together with us. Thus the lips of many persons turned toward God will eventually give thanks on our behalf for the grace (the blessing of deliverance) granted us at the request of the many who have prayed." Philemon 1:4-6 (AMP) "I give thanks to my God for you always when I mention you in my prayers, Because I continue to hear of your love and of your loyal faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and which you show toward all the saints (God's consecrated people). And I pray that the participation in and sharing of your faith may produce and promote full recognition and appreciation and understanding and precise knowledge of every good thing that is ours in our identification with Christ Jesus and unto His glory." 1 Thessalonians 5:24 (AMP) "Faithful is He Who is calling you to Himself and utterly trustworthy, and He will also do it (fulfill His call by hallowing and keeping you.)" Luke 1:45 (AMP) "And blessed (happy, to be envied) is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of the things that were spoken to her from the Lord."
