As I read of Sisters meeting after many years because of adoption on the Today Show, I shed my own tears of joy as I think of my own sister who my son found because he decided he had made no promises of secrecy. In 1999 he began the search using the National Phone Directory knowing only her name and maiden name and after many wrong phone calls to Ginger/Virginia E. Hobbs, he found her. We had a joyous meeting in June of 1999. Then she met her brothes at Thanksgiving. What a joy it is to have her in my life! We will soon see each other as we gather on the West Coast this fall for vacation. I am so greatful to my son for his caring gift!
