As I said earlier and those who always follow my comments are my witnesses, Am always sceptical about IGAD negotiation and apart from being good in time wasting and a huge sum of dollars from western world donations to facilitate the talks, nothing good can come out from that talks....IGAD must know their roles is to facilitate the negotiation of two warring parties not to threatening nor to sanction them, their work is not to ban Kiir or Riek from political arena or running for presidency rather then sticking to their roles as a mare mediators who can only suggest but not to impose....Beside they will never be view as neutral body when they cant differentiate Kiir as one of the co principle in the negotiating table or a head of state. Who will see them as a neutral body when they always go for consultation from Museveni who alrdy took side before the start of this war?......Kiir is a killer who murdered thousands of pple in the watch of international community and is no longer a symbol of unity and no matter how long it take us, he must be remove peacefully or forcefully period!!!!!
