As I sit and watch both news network and hearing what pple say and those around me say, Im ashamed of the hate that comes out of their mouths and most of it is directed towards the poor, pple who live alternative lifestyles and towards pple of a different color. This country is supposed to be the united states. Instead its becoming a flat out lie. This country isnt united. United means equality, and as one. And so far all I see is the poor suffering, folks thinking that theyre better than others because of what they have or how much they earn, a congress that wont work together to make this country better for us all. Its sickening.
