As I sit at my desk at work, I literally had a vision when I meet my goal and here it is: I am in a great big room and surrounding me are my closest friends, famiky and my Mary Kay family. The DJ is playing Make Way bc thst is my unit song. Everyone is clapping and cheering and dancing. My beautiful National Sales Director Joanne Bertalan is sharing her beautiful story and she is telling people how impressed how I never gave up on my business. My beautiful adoptee Sales Director Carol Waters Allen talks about how I am amazing with the music when I attend meeting and she share her amazing story. As I walk to the podium, I see a sea of blue which represents the ladies who have reached that destination. Beautiful sight! But there are also Hot Reds closely behind. My National is up there with me and tells me to raise my right hand so I can repeat the Sales Directors Oath. This time Im actually saying it aloud and not mumbling it under my voice (I know Im not the only who has done that). Then the DJ play Its My Time by Kelly Price. As the music dies down, I get ready to give my heart felt I-story. Im thanking and praising God because it is He who have brought me this far. I thank my family for their support and thank my two guardian angels. My story will be inspirational and there will be a few tears. After my story, I give the mic to a sister Director (not sure who yet) and she shares the opportunity. After that, there is my special recognition of my unit (queen of sales, recruiting, stars) and prizes are given. Then, there is a raffle for the guests who showed up. There will be prizes like jewelry, purses, totes, etc. As we closed, I will ask the guest whoever wants to step out of their comfort zone and make an investment in their future and familys future and become a consultant to stand up. I see my beautiful sister Directors handing beauty agreements to those standing. After every agreement is in the basket, I shake it around and I pull out one agreement. That woman will receive her starter kit Free! Then it is cake time! That is my vision I had this morning. The only thing is I need to see faces to put this vision in motion.
