As I stepped into my new leadership role of Acting Director, building the Spring 2015 learning community schedule for our program was the thing I felt most challenged by. This is the one thing I have had very limited experience with. I am very proud to say that not only was the deadline pushed a month early with the help of my amazing team we have 96% of our classes confirmed with departments and I could not be more relieved!
