As I stood at my window I couldnt help but smile, there was magic - TopicsExpress

As I stood at my window I couldnt help but smile, there was magic everywhere, and I stood transfixed for a long while. It was as if I were standing in the clouds, the fog was so thick. Seeing your hand in front of your face would be a good trick. I watched as it undulated and swayed, as it shifted and moved along its way. Then at the stroke of his hand, Grandfather Sun came out and away the fog ran. By the time I had dressed and reached the bluff ridge, it had receded to the river and from its surface did lift. What a magical morning, Im certainly feeling delight. I love it when Mother Nature shares these mystical sights. So the smile remains on my face as I give thanks to her for her grace. Into the forest I began to step, each footfall carefully placed...glad that I knew well these woodland paths and so the trail I traced. I guess I shouldnt have been surprised when a bugling Elk called out to me, barely in view was he. Throwing his head over his back he led me down a hidden track and straight to an entrance Id not used before. There he stood with me at the Wizards door. I stepped inside, it grew very dark, I needed to let my eyes adjust. He followed right behind, and then came the sparks, from the Wizards intent I trust. Mage lights appeared all over the place, I couldnt believe the immense span of this of the caverns space. Gorgeous crystals imbedded in stone, each holding a glow all its own. More magic! How could I not smile? I looked down the pathway, it went on for nearly a mile. We strode down passages Id never explored and came to an underground river, the path leading along its shore. The Wizard was waiting in a small row boat, oars in hand and a smile on his face. As I stepped aboard the Elk slid right into the water, he did so with such grace. The Wizard rowed and the Elk swam alongside, Good morning, Child, I hope you enjoy the ride. Its a magical day to be sure and I thought Id give you a little tour. The caverns here are not easily accessed and so stand alone from the rest. Few have seen them such as they are, their beauty abounds and is rare by far. I sat in wonder, my mouth agape, I couldnt have been happier about this trip to make. Stalagmites hung like chandeliers with crystals imbedded in the walls. They were majestic and yet so delicate, sizes ranging from large to small. Our course wound through the Crystal Caves for at least an hour, sight after sight held such beauty, I thanked the Wizard a time or three. He simply smiled and nodded his head, then at one point turned to me and said: I hope youve enjoyed this little trip, well take it again whenever you like. But look here, where weve arrived, is it familiar? Do you recognize? I was stunned! Why Wizard, Id have never known that the Amber Grotto was this rivers home! Oh the others would love to take this journey, I wish they could all see its treasures. He smiled wider, Why my dear, it will be my pleasure. This little boat is good for two, Ill summon the barge for the others to use. Perhaps thats a good surprise for them today, if you dont mind going again this way? I was like a child and clapped my hands. Oh yes, oh yes, on that Ill stand! Then we both laughed at my delight, friends I cant wait for you to see these sights! Now naturally well focus on our daily intentions with the prayers we offer and blessings we weave. There is much to draw from today that we can use as we co-conceive. But this added attraction is such a gift, it will inspire you all and give your spirits a lift. Im still smiling at the beauty that is all around and the special magic in the rivers song. Along the way there are little falls that feed into the rivers course, while the plinkety plinking droplets of water add their voices to the chorus. You cant help but be muted by the magic and mystery, there are so many beautiful sights to see...one right after the other and everywhere you look there is another. So hurry up now, dont be late, another trip to make and I cant wait. The Wizard has summoned his barge, and I must say its very large. Theres plenty of room for one and all, no need to worry that over the side you might fall. He has it railed for safety sake, well step aboard through the little gate. Come on friends, you have no clue at the gift he has in mind for you. Hurry up, Im so excited for you to see the sacredness of all this beauty! See you when you get here.
