As I walked into Jewel/Osco this evening to pick up a prescription they had ready for me, I happened to glance at the rack of newspapers. One of the front pages stood out more than the others. The top of the page headline in the Chicago Sun-Times was a Sneed Exclusive about a millionaire involved in a messy divorce. Let me reiterate: it was on the FRONT page. The editors of this rag considered that story to be more important than ANYTHING ELSE that went on yesterday. It seems to me that it would be completely appropriate if the printed the Sun-Times on a narrow roll of very thin, perforated paper with a cardboard tube in the middle. This would, at least, make it worth the price.
