As I was eager to answer my phone today and to check my emails in response to my search for a nursing position in the mid-west so that I could move closer to my children and grandchildren, this came to me. I truly believe God works in mysterious ways to speak to us and to get his point across. Sometimes it is like a slap in the face and other times it is subtle reminder that HE IS IN CONTROL and we need to be in tuned to HIM and not act on emotion or selfishness or greed. As thankful as I am for loving family, and as badly as I want to be closer to my grandchildren and daughters in the mid-west I feel Gods call is for me to stay where I am and not make this move at this time. I thank you all for your continued support and prayer but HARTSVILLE & CPRMC friends and family.... YOU are STUCK with us for a while yet. Until God Calls elsewhere! I must be content to continue to serve and grow where I am. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Theres hardly a Christian who hasnt looked into the future and questioned, What is Gods will for my life? Todays verse may be short and sweet, but its all the answer you need. Be joyful. Pray continually. Give thanks. For this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus.
