As I went to work tonight I took my garbage to the dumpster..As I was about to throw it in I saw a beautiful,scared Racoon..He just looked at me..I put bags and a big stick in the bin so he could climb out.I wondered where there babies underneath him[her] and she would not move..So I went to work and thought about the little guy[gal] hoping they be ok...So I thought of this song and see where a beautiful lady I met years ago was singing it..her style[very nice]..On the way home I stopped and looked at the bin and on top of 3 bins where 7 racoons eating at something..Big they were and I felt by leaving the top open the little guy[gal] would have a chance to get out..I didnt know they had a town hall meeting to save the little racoon so I call him Rocky like the other Paul did..I felt so good..I know you have to be carefull with them but I cant stand to watch any living thing in pain without help..innocent ones live that way...My friend Jon Salway I know feels as I do for he nursed a beautiful racoon back to health and used to take him on the golf cart at canterbury..Why Not,my little Sun Conure has golfed many rounds with me..I dont care who it pisses off and it did a few folks..too bad!!!!! anyway all is well and good and I feel I did the right thing..AMEN!!!! and Lena Horne was stunning and so beautiful..She had to struggle to get where she got as we all know what Jackie Robinson went through,she and Harry Belefonte the same thing..Playing sports and music all my life we dont have time for stupid racism..I never had that problem because my family ,all of them,were color blind.WE DONT SEE COLOR,WE SEE CHARACTER..RIP LENA......
