If the cloud clears in Canberra the ISS will be the second - TopicsExpress

If the cloud clears in Canberra the ISS will be the second brightest object in the sky tonight (the brightest object being the Moon). It will appear in the NW at 5.47pm and track low in the sky, passing under the Moon and then towards the East, disappearing at 5.53. The ISS looks like a very bright star because of sunlight reflecting off its solar panel array. The ISS is home to six astronauts and is 78m long, about the same as an Airbus A-380. https://heavens-above/passdetails.aspx?lat=-36.0219&lng=148.7305&loc=Canberra&alt=1199&tz=AEST&satid=25544&mjd=56786.327254456&type=V
