As Im enjoying a cup of Guatemalan coffee this morning, thank you Katie, Im reflecting on the blessings Roselyn and I share. We have been married longer than we were single. She is as much my girlfriend today as the day I proposed. The time went fast and I appreciate her more and more everyday. I love you so muches! Speaking of proposals, Joey asked Tiffanie to marry him on a beach a few years ago. Today, they are happy and have 3 beautiful kiddos, yes Im possibly biased, Jeff, Luke and Katelyn. Its exciting to be grandparents. Yesterday, Katie and Nikki had a Sisters day together while this great guy thats dating Nikki had planned his proposal and asked the two families to be a part of it (making us all liars for the last 2 weeks, lol). Bret got down on one knee and the romance of those two filled the air. Now comes the wedding stuff, oh boy! 😊 Nikki and Bret are perfect together. May their future bring the same happiness that both of their parents already enjoy! Katie and Nikki have such a great bond, I can only feel proud and blessed as a Dad should. Katie has a plan for her future that is awesome and all I can say is, you follow your dreams and Mom & Dad are always there to cheer you on! Speaking of proud, my youngest son Andrew is enrolled in the ROTC program at UNT and just got promoted to a manager position at his job. His girlfriend Morgan is wonderful and a great pleasure to have her around. No rush but, were keeping an eye on that relationship for its possibilities, way down the road from now, of course. As we get ready for church, my heart is filled with joy for today and where our families are going. God is good!
