As Ive endured my trials, I have had to drop to my knees many times. As I have sought understanding and guidance for my life by studying the Scriptures, I have felt the Spirit of my loving Heavenly Father giving me comfort and assurance. In these instances, I felt an overwhelming joy, such that it brought tears to my eyes, and caused me to shiver from head to toe. I know that God answers prayers: He has answered mine on many occasions, and He will answer all of them. I know that He loves us, and wants us to improve and find happiness. I know that through the Atonement of His son, Jesus Christ, everyone has a chance to repent and be forgiven, no matter what the sin. I know that God has not forsaken us, and that He calls prophets today, as He has since the time of Adam. I know that He restored his Gospel and His church through the prophet Joseph Smith. I invite everyone who reads this to seek this overwhelming joy; to search faithfully for truth, to study the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and then to experiment on my words, and the words of the prophets: Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you (Matt 7:7 KJV) If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. (James 1:5 KJV)
