As Network Marketers we tend to believe it is all about the numbers. The reality of this statement is Not True. Our business is never about the numbers. As Tim Edwards has explained in several of his mentoring sessions, you should be all about the connection. There are gems out there for you to choose from. How will you know who they are unless you are willing to foster a connection with them? On your initial contact, use your questions to see if there is a fit. (You do not want to waste your time is you do not fit together.) You have to be the first person you connect with. Ask yourself, 1. Are you ready to accept change in your life? 2. Are you willing to put the time into working with your mentor to achieve those changes? 3. Will you take the mentoring and knowledge you receive from your mentor and pass it on to your candidates free of charge? 4. Are you will to work side by side with your team seek out and enroll individuals who are ready, willing and able to duplicate this process? I absolutely love the following statements from Tim about who he is and what he accomplishes each and every day. “I am a business man, not an MLM Guy. I am a mentor, not a recruiter. I am a marketer, not a prospector. I sift, I don’t sell.” He has given so freely of himself to our team. He has set the standard bar extremely high. Are you ready to meet those standards?
