Please find below the necessary steps to download and install Unity Mobile STEP ONE - DOWNLOAD: Download UnityMobile from Google Play store for Android Phones, App Store for Apple and Windows Phones, Blackberry World for Blackberry Q5, Q10, Z10 and Z30. Click on the application to install UnityMobile on your phone. For all Java Enabled Phones, send “D Unity” to 20220 for all Networks except GLO which is 31030. Wait for a reply SMS that carries a URL. Click on the link for your mobile application installation. This will install the UnityMobile application on your phone. STEP TWO - INSTALLATION/SETUP After successful installation of UnityMobile, setup of the application on your phone is needed • Open by clicking on the application with Unity Bank logo installed on your phone. • Accept the agreement statement that is displayed and select ‘ok’ • This now allows you into the applications setup page • Enter your phone number (same number on the device on which UnityMobile is installed) For dual SIM phones, the line MUST be in SIM 1 • Enter your account number (NUBAN ONLY) • Enter a memorable word (define a password that you will always need to enter the application (6 characters & above – alphabets only) • Select your mobile carrier (select MTN if the number you entered above is MTN number etc) • Proceed by clicking ‘OK’ and ‘SEND’ • Accept ‘YES’ AND ‘YES’ again, • Channel of transmission options ‘SMS’ or ‘GPRS’, select SMS or GPRS option and wait for the following message prompts [...Making request please wait, and next message, message sent successfully....] At this point the application takes you onto the main menu page, where you will find all the different menus of UnityMobile – airtime recharge, check balance…security. However, you will still be unable to carry out any transaction at that point. Logout and wait for the SMS message that says “Congratulations, your profile has been synchronized. Kindly visit any Unity Bank branch for activation and PIN”. When this message is delivered to your phone then setup is complete. STEP THREE – REGISTRATION Kindly visit any Unity Bank branch for PIN and activation.
