As VP of MASA, I would like to offer my apologies to the group for my absence for the last several months. For those who are not familiar with the situation, my wife Lisa has been suffering from multiple issues, including a total emotional breakdown requiring hospitalization. Unfortunately, while hospitalized for the emotional breakdown, she suffered a major heart attack and was transferred to Froedtert Hospital Medical ICU. As she was without a pulse for an unknown amount of time, a MRI appears to indicate that some serious damage may have occurred. The good news so far is, about 3 days ago, she was transferred out of the ICU but there will likely be a long recovery time and to what extent, we simply dont know. As this site is designed for weather related topics only, I again ask for an apology from the group for getting off topic but as VP of MASA, I thought it best to reveal the accounts of my whereabouts. Not to be totally derelict of my duties, I have been working with Russell Spahn (Associate Dean, Protective Services MATC Oak Creek) on a Skywarn Seminar for Saturday March 29th ... we do have some good things planned and hope to see you there !
