As a CCW holder, Tactical Technician, and Trainer I know that you can not draw a firearm unless in the peril of certain death and at which point the firearm is not used as a detourant but as a lethal means. The stand your ground law should not apply to defending ones self against a misdemeanor assualt by shooting to kill. In misdemeanor assault cases you see a judge the next morning and are released from jail with a 250 dollar fine... not shot and killed. If you can justify the killing of every misdemeanor assailant then acording to you every fist fight can be legally escalated to a shoot to kill stand your ground... pussies! Its is because of this mindset our 2nd amendment faces such scrutiny... because idiots like you think that their is no responsibility or consiquence to owning a gun.
