As a Christian, my favorite season of faith is Advent by far. In Advent, we celebrate God breaking into our world to empathize with our humanity and ultimately bridging the gap that sin created. It all begins with Advent. and by far, my most favorite hymn of the season is O Holy Night - the lyrics of this hymn are just a stunning theological masterpiece. If I had to pick one hymn to explain my faith, this would be it. Of course my favorite rendition of the hymn is sung by my lovely Josh Groban (who is currently cheating on me with Kat Dennings - but Im willing to overlook that during this season of Peace). I just wish my dumbass would have found me a church in Charleston by now to enjoy Advent with. Ill be taking suggestions on the struggle between Episcopal vs. Lutheran...but I gonna have to commit to one by Sunday, because I aint church hopping on Advent. Why cant church shopping be more like speed dating? I gotta sit through a 90min service that only happen once a week. Not very time efficient. #grace4monday #advent
