As a Nevadan and Democrat I am positive that the Governor’s seat is too important to let go with an uncontested attitude, spirit and fight. So far one Democrat, Chris Hyepock, has stepped up to the plate, in the name of our values and beliefs. There might be more that throw their hat in the ring; we still have a little more time for sign-up. But the point is, shall we just give up and let a Republican be crowned without spending a dime on a seat and being able to keep all that money for the next race for this top-seat in Nevada. If we keep giving up we will never have a Democrat as our leader and we will be subject to corporate leadership from now on. I am so tired of the ‘Party of No!!!’ Some say we can not win this seat; why not? The Democrats outnumber the republicans in Nevada and are positioned in the right places for a win. Remember, what people were saying about President Obama. Let’s Get-Out-The-Vote!!! With a powerful grass-root effort and the movers and shakers within our Party we can do this. Sure we need the State and all Rural Central Committees willing to fight and campaign for a Get-Out-To-Vote drive. Sure we will need money. Five dollars, a one time donation from most of us will very well finance a win. If not the money, pass the word; share his story and keep his name up front. Any Democrat, not just the Governor’s race, that runs for an office/seat which includes decisions that will affect the State, as a whole, and stay true to principles of a Democrat should be and deserves to be backed by the Nevada State Democrat Party Central Committee in deed and in kind. Also, this backing should include any and all Democrats in this State of Nevada. This would include Governor, Lt. Governor, Treasurer, controller, Attorney General, State Senate, and State Assembly Democrat Candidates. VOTE DEMOCRAT FOR THE TOP JOB OF THE STATE OF NEVADA
