As a North American entity, we are horribly late with this song, and even later discovering this Australian band. Sydneys Sticky Fingers are a melting pot of psych, rock, reggae, & bourbon, according to their website, and after listening to their songs, we would have to add, surfboards, sunny beaches, and frat parties. These guys make really catchy music. And dont let the cover of their new album Land of Pleasure nor the first couple of minutes of the video to the song Gold Snafu turn you off. The creepiness/greasyness/cheesiness is all done with tongue firmly planted in cheek. I hope we hear LOTS more from these guys.
