As a Telemarketing Call Transfer Sales Manager I oversee and provide leadership to the Call Transfer sales associates, Internet sales team along with lead sales associates and sales supervisors. Manage and oversee the sales efforts, sales associate staff, sales supervisor staff, as well as, ensure guest expectations and sales process expectations are met or exceeded. General team size will be from 10 to 20 sales associates, lead sales associates, and sales supervisors. In charge of overseeing the daily operations of the departments such as interviewing, hiring, training, monitoring, coaching and counseling, and working with leadership of all Sales and Marketing departments to achieve company goals. Focus on sales training and the daily performance of associates by putting an emphasis on minimum standards, sales techniques and job knowledge to meet or exceed Tour Goals / Budgets. Ensure all team members adhere to company standard and are professional and courteous at all times.
