As a constitutional attorney I will choose which cases to take-up in court. I will take the case involving the cake-baker who doesnt want to put rainbow frosting on the wedding cake in addition to the words, To The Marriage of Jerry and Steve. Hence, I will defend the cake-bakers right to refuse the business exchange. As a judge, I shall uphold the constitutional rights of all. So, in this specific case, the cake-baker who gets sued would win in court (First Amendment right to disassociate) because he can refuse to do business with faggots, based on religious grounds.
