As a constitutionalist , the last time I checked the beloved U. S. Constitution, Art I,Sec VIII, CL III; the commerce clause vests The power to control commerce for limitation and prohibition as well sanction for foreign trade only with congress our legislative branch Since when disadvantageous one sided self serving foriegn car manufacturers policy prohibiting private owners of their fully paid property not to be exported has become the Federal law such fraudulent misrepresentation of foriegn policy substitution as federal law violates the Americans constitutional right to commerce and the federal prosecutors liable For false prosecution and it violates the seperation of power clause, thus rendering the secret service agents or any body of fed agency agents liable under 42 us 1983; this is nothing but misuse of power , there is absolute no federal statute that gives jurisdiction to either federal civil action nor criminal prosecution against exports to china On the contrary congress just passed new free trade agreement w china . It seems there is a need for class action law suit against any corporation foriegn or domestic for false misrepresentation of their policy as federal law and constitutionally if they force buyers to sign a non export agreement then its void and has no full power and effect because an agreement to an invalid agreement is no agreement. Go figure ! My advise sue the federal agents and prosecutors for fruad ulema prosecution . I am aghast since when a German or British corporation can enforce their policy as a federal law ; they are the ones that are in violation of US constitution of every Americam who would like to exercise their right under commerce clause . For example , would German police seize property of a German who would buy a porche individually and ship it to Iran or kwit or Bahrain ? And. Hell no !
