As a minister that has been chosen or appointed to lead a group people you must understand that 12 disciples of Jesus Christ are an image of the kinds of people we lead. Right from the Old Testament there were twelve tribes, and out of those the world today exists. Always put in mind that you will have the following characters in your ministry and our Lord Jesus expects you to be patient with them just like he was; peter :- loyal to the end. Jude/Thaddeus :- vision upholder. Andrew:- optimistic and contented John:- persons of action, ambitious with an explosive temper and intolerant heart James:- courageous with a forgiving spirit. Mathew :- intellectual and submissive understanding of the vision. Phillip :- driven by missionary instinct and warm hearted. Judas iscariot :- always covetous James( son of alphas):- strong and fiery character. Bartholomew/nathanael:- total surrender to the call. Simon zealot :- have bitter hatred for compromise. Thomas :- these will always question /doubt your call.
