As a nurse, I really like seing responsible nurses but I really hate seeing the opposite!!! ☞☞☞When someone said, The newborn is under observation thats why she needs to stay in the hospital until the result has been released...what does it mean? Aint nurses supposed to check the infants vital signs every 4 hours kahit afebrile pa ang infant coz the WBC is increased? Is it hard to check the cardiac pulse q4h? I dont mean to put down any health care facilities but please, nurses working in Passi Hospital, except to those who are really doing their work, have the initiative to do your work. Dont just sit and eat the fat! As a nurse, its never an excuse to forget some procedures which should be performed to a patient just coz you forgot to check the chart...coz youve got lots of patients. Its just a matter of how you manage your time and how you really do your work. NURSE-wheres the TLC for your patients? Are you just there for the sake of experience and not of service to those who are sick? Then, you dont deserve to be called NURSE.
