As a personal trainer I train different weights, shapes & sizes & a lot of them from the beginning arent happy with their bodies because in their minds they arent where they want to be. But if you dont appreciate your body now for the amazing, healing, walking, working machine that it is, then what makes you think you will appreciate it when you lose a few kgs on the scale? Its a huge wake up call to me that we need to stop focusing on weight, stop eating fat free or thinking that carbs are the enemy & we need to START loving our body & treating it accordingly!! If you were feeding a child you would feed them food that would fuel & nourish them right? You would play & run around with them outside & you would encourage & inspire them to be the best they can be because you love them. Why dont you treat yourself like that? You should be no exception. For the next 12 weeks, starting on the 21st of July, I am rounding up a team of ladies who are committed to getting fit, strong & HEALTHY.
