As a trade we need to stand together even while we are in clear competition with each other. When the reputation of one agent is tainted, we are all smeared just a bit. I Submitted an offer for my client and quickly realized that listing agent is not very paperless There will be a lot of driving back and forth as she does not use email for contracts really. The preference is real paper delivered. I feel sad for her and maybe it is her own reluctance to embrace something new, I dont know. As a business we have not managed to help the old guard and I cant help but feel we will be there one day very soon. I am committed to helping her look great in front of her clients and therefor look good as a Realtor. I may even have a few coffee meetings with her and show a few tricks. What else could we do to help other agents raise the bar?
