As a waiter, Ive learned a lot about pure customer service. Doing exactly what pleases a customer, and making sure that all of their needs are met. Sometimes I even got out of my way to make sure that their comfortable. This one time a lady wanted an orange juice, but we had run out. I went and I actually bought an orange juice just so that she could have something to drink. At the end of the day its what she wanted. But what I DO NOT understand are the individuals (cant even call them customers) who come into my workplace and are pigheaded, disrespectful, and mearly think that because im theyre in the chair, they are better than me. Last time I checked Im the one looking down at you to take your order. There is thin line in being a server and a servant. At the end of your service, which will be great nonetheless, I better get my tip. Because that thing called service charge is pure MYTH. So I urge customers of TnT, if you want great service, please be a great customer. And servers of TnT, if you dont like your job.... GET A NEW ONE. #thatisall
