As a warning to all fraudulent Fund Raising Fraud Rescue Groups on Facebook. This morning I located four (4) Equine Rescue groups in California who were fraudulently claiming to have rescued a blind colt that had received much publicity on Facebook. I knew for a fact that the colt was with a very good legitimate rescue and that the rescue had not and had no plans to ask for any money to support that colt. I then notified the Attorney Generals Office in California and the FBI Internet Fraud Unit to make sure that these fraudulent rescue groups are prosecuted under California laws and Federal Internet Fraud laws. I will follow up on this and guarantee that everytime I locate a fraudulent Rescue Fund Raising that I will report and obtain felony prosecution under the Federal Internet Fraud laws. SO BE ON NOTICE THAT IF YOU ARE FRAUDULENT AND YOUR POSTING SHOWS UP ON MY SCREEN THAT YOU WILL BE IN FEDERAL PRISON SHORTLY.
