As an employer , its easy to get caught up in worrying about the bottom line ... Money seems to be the common denominator of all our issues and problems.... We seem to NEVER have as much as we want . We make most decisions in our businesses based on money . Those decisions ( no matter who it effects) always are made to make our bottom line better ... The REAL bottom line has NOTHING to do with money ... Its PEOPLE that matter! Every time we make a decision based on making our monetary bottom line better , we need to put a face with those numbers ... Those decisions have a lasting affect on families trying to make it this ole world . From the leaders in Washington to the owner of a local diner... REMEMBER the REAL bottom line when working out your 2015 budget ... But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.
