As born again Christians we have the ability to fathom many things that others will never. Our Lord Jesus went thought the self-discovery which means he knew who he was (Identity), what he had (potential), what he had to do on earth (his original purpose, the reason why he came on earth in time & season to fulfill his destiny. On the other side the Pharisees, the Sadducees never knew who they were, because all of them were limited by knowledge. But Jesus born of the spirit was gradually growing in the knowledge and wisdom thought revelation & insight. He was 100% God & Man but he had to go thought the process of being trained by as a rabbi and to be ordained as a rabbi. God has created everyone with a leadership potential, for the world to recognize you as a great leader it will take long years of humble follower-ship, mentor ship, training and self-development. The reason why many leaders failed is because they neglect the process. Jesus was THE MOST EFFECTIVE LEADER OF ALL TIME, wherever he went people were being influence by human behavior. Many people will not discover their leadership skills and gifts. WHY? Because of the crowd follower-ship and the fluidity of life. Therefore our example Jesus was the greatest leader of all time so every single human on earth has a leadership potential capacity. Amen!!
