As election day approaches, I just want to take a moment and say a huge thank you to everyone for the amazing outpouring of support I have received from my friends and many people I dont know throughout our community. I have had people pull up to me in traffic and speak window to window to me, many of whom I have never met but wanted to congratulate me and wish me luck. I am so very humbled by this and I want everyone to know that as my Face Book page has been a little quiet lately, it doesnt mean that I have been. I continue to meet people in the community and go to public functions. I missed two functions this last week and I was very disappointed that I could not attend. Both were last minute notifications and my plans conflicted with them. I understand the newspaper reported my invitation and noted absence. Life happens and unfortunately I cant be everywhere at once so I hope everyone understands why I could not attend. I would like everyone to know that I am beyond thankful for your support and I am again asking all of you to please go out and vote for me on Tuesday November 4th! I realize I am unopposed but I will in no way take that for granted and this is why I will never stop doing what I can to meet each and every one of you and work very hard to earn your vote!
