As far I (dont) know, other religions dont have so many doctrinal debates. Like Muslims dont argue if Allah is a Trinity, or debate salvation by works etc. Pretty much agree on everything. But make no mistake about it, God warned there would be many false teachers who distort his Word. The bible has to be rightly divided or else you can take a truth yet create a heresy. For example one who denies Jesus is God, they will point out all the truth about him being the Son, a man, born, etc. But you have to add the verses of his deity with the verses that refer to his humanity. A lot of times the bible seems to contradict like some verses say no one has seen God while others say I have seen God. See how both could use a truth but be ignorant of the other truths? God has Word written to wear you need His help to get it. The sheep will get it rightly divided. Satan knows whats up so course hell have Christian sects teach stuff thats totally different. I mean theres even debates is the Holy Ghost God, a person or just a force. Same book but totally different views.
