As for rich prisoners living the good life, it seems that our brother country in the ASEAN, Indonesia has this problem, they have a prison system very similiar to ours, hundreds of prisoners sleeping on floors in cells and for some reason, they rely on the rich inmates to give money to improve prisons since the gov. does not give them anythign...in fact, the rich prisoners in Indonesian jails get 5 star treatmetn, laser beauty treatment, aroma therapy, and helicopter landing pads...WTF, shit makes the antics of our rich prisoners look tame in comparison....https://youtube/watch?v=F-INbmVPQc0
