As many of you are aware, our church is not doing a conventional service this upcoming Sunday. Instead of spending time in classrooms and the sanctuary, we are moving into our community to serve others. The morning will be bookended at banquet tables, beginning with the Lord’s Supper and ending with an Agape Meal. The Schedule is as follows: 9:15 a.m. GATHER IN SANCTUARY • Brief overview of the morning and communion. 9:45 a.m. ORGANIZE TEAMS AND DISPERSE • Those who choose to remain at the church gather in the Parlor for a time of worship, teaching, and directed prayer for those who are participating on service teams. 10:00—Noon THE CHURCH LEAVES THE BUILDING! Noon ALL-CHURCH POTLUCK • Bring: salad (A-L) or dessert (M-Z) to serve 10-12 • Provided: meat, rolls, beverage, table service If you still need to sign up for a team, do so at this link.
