As many of you know, my small business is slowly growing, cooking and teaching here and there and also working with children every afternoon at a local School...but I need to have enough money to get Gabys Kitchen on the road, because my Big Dream is to have a small car loaded with some easy to carry kitchen equipment, to be able to go to every Public School in Jersey City. Yes! MY BIG DREAM is to create a Free Food Education Program that can go to every Public Schools in Jersey City (with volunteers, and perhaps sponsors, and why not? some city government involvement) But for now, I just need to raise money, in order to document the small version of the program that I am just starting at one local School with amazing and dedicated teachers! So please, come celebrate my B-day on 10/11/14 at ZeppelinHall Biergarten & Restaurant after 5pm and help me raise money for my dream!
